Keys to Summer 2025 Sweepstakes – Terms & Conditions
Eligibility:
- Open to individuals who are at least 18 years of age.
- Entries may be earned by:
- Touring any Price Brothers residential community
- Signing a new lease at a Price Brothers community
- Renewing a current lease
- Referring a new resident (referring resident must live at a Price Brothers property at time of drawing; referral must have an approved application to qualify)
- Residents on a current lease will automatically be entered into applicable drawings.
- Employees of Price Brothers and their immediate family members are not eligible to win.
Prizes:
- Prizes include weekly and monthly giveaways, as well as a $3,000 Grand Prize package.
- Prize types and fulfillment dates may vary and will be announced via social media and/or email.
- All prizes are non-transferable and not redeemable for cash.
- Some prizes may require an account with third-party platforms such as SeatGeek, AXS, Ticketmaster, Live Nation, or AMC to redeem.
Winner Selection & Notification:
- Winners will be selected at random from qualified entries.
- Winners will be notified via the contact information on file and must respond within five (5) business days to claim their prize.
- It is the participant’s responsibility to ensure their resident or guest card profile is up to date.
Privacy:
- Participant information will be used solely for administering this promotion and for relevant Price Brothers marketing communications.
- No personal information will be sold or shared with third parties.
Promotion Period:
- Sweepstakes runs through September 30, 2025, or until all prizes have been awarded.
Modification & Termination:
- Price Brothers reserves the right to cancel, suspend, or modify this promotion at any time due to fraud, system errors, or other unforeseen circumstances.
