Contest Terms and Conditions

Eligibility:

This contest is open to residents living at a Price Brothers apartment community who are at least 18 years old at the time of drawing.
Any current resident who resides at a Price Brothers Apartment Community and on a current lease agreement at the time of the drawing will be entered to win automatically.
Additional entries may be earned for any current residents who are eligible to renew their lease agreement. All parties must sign the renewal lease agreement before the drawing.
A current resident who refers a new resident to a Price Brothers Community will also receive an additional entry into each drawing. The new resident must have an approved application at the time of the drawing.
Employees of Price Brothers and their immediate family members are not eligible to win.

Prizes:

Prize dates and times will vary and will be posted on our Facebook and/or Instagram page or story.
Prizes are non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash.
SeatGeek, Ticketmaster, LiveNation, AMC, or another account and app may be required to claim your prize.

Winner Selection and Notification

Contest winners will be selected at random based on the eligibility criteria above.
Winner(s) will be notified via the email address on file. Winner(s) must respond within five (5) business days to claim their prize.

Privacy:

Participant information will only be used for the purposes of administering this contest and for marketing communications related to Price Brothers. Personal information will not be sold or shared with third parties.

Terms of Promotion

Price Brothers reserves the right to cancel, suspend, or modify the promotion if any fraud, technical failures, or any other factor beyond Price Brothers' reasonable control impairs the integrity of the promotion.

Promotion Period

The promotion ends upon the distribution of all prizes or by November 30, 2024.
